Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
A. If you placed an order for an item with 24-hour availability (in stock part), your total processing time is 2 to 24 hours, plus 2 to 6 days shipping time (depending on where you live). On average, you can expect your package to be delivered within 4 to 9 business days of placing your order.
Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
A. We accept most returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy page for additional questions.
Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
A. All of the parts we sell are warrantied against defect. In the event that your product is delivered defective, please let us know immediately. We will process a replacement at no additional cost, and we’ll help you file a warranty claim with Toyota. Please do not attempt to assemble, install, or modify a damaged part.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
A. Next day and second day shipping are only available when you place an order over the phone. Please note that next day orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday.

A. We offer ground, next day, and second day shipping via FedEx.

A. Yes, we’ll send an email with your tracking information once the order has shipped.

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
A. You may cancel an order within 48 hours if it has not already shipped by sending a cancellation e-mail to email@example.com or by calling 1-866-596-1970 and asking for parts. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If your order has shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will incur a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.

A. Nope! You can order at any time without making an account with us; however, we recommend creating an account for easier order tracking.
Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. All OEM Toyota parts are covered by the nationwide Toyota factory warranty.

A. We recommend OEM parts because they are the perfect fit for your vehicle’s specific needs. Aftermarket parts can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance.
Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?
A. We will label the part as “left” for the driver’s side, or “right” for the passenger side.

A. The easiest place to find your Toyota's VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or even on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.
