The Lambo doors, gunmetal wheels with the Candy Orange color sure make this Celica look sharp.

This eBay find has a starting bid of $16,999 with a buy-it-now-price just short of $25k. The owner says the car has 149,000 miles and they have had it for over 14 years. During that time, they have put lots of custom modifications into it.

You have to love these show cars with their super clean engine bays.

While many of the modifications are great, there are two that stand out to us. First, the Porsche headlight conversion is pretty darn impressive and not something you see all that often. Normally, headlights are tinted or simply left alone by many fabricators. Changing them out with a luxury car’s lights is a pretty interesting idea. In this case, we think it works really well and helps set the car off from others.

Secondly, how can you go wrong with Lambo doors? Simple. You can’t. The look may be overdone for some, but for us, it is great to see someone incorporate it into a Celica. It also looks like they work well and seal properly – a somewhat common issue.

The rear has been modified and the entire body shaved for a wider look. Looks good to us!

The owner says the car no longer has the chrome well, but that is okay with us. The gunmetal look suits this car just fine.

What do you think? Cool or overdone?
