Daytona 500If you love cars, you’ll want to make sure to check out these events below.

Any of these events would make for a great road trip.

Daytona 500: The Daytona 500 is known as the “Great American Race.”  Every year, hundreds of thousands of people visit Daytona International Speedway to watch the NASCAR race.  In the neighboring communities, there are tons of festivities.

Chicago Auto Show: The Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America, and it’s been around for more than 100 years.  Visitors love this event for its reasonable admission price and all the great cars.

Barrett-Jackson Auction: If you like classic cars, this is the event for you.  The Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auctions are some of the best.  Barrett-Jackson holds events in Scottsdale, Ariz., Palm Beach, Fla., Orange County, Calif. and Las Vegas.

New England Forest Rally: The New England Forest Rally is a two-day rally that takes place on the back roads of Maine and New Hampshire.  The race features tons of great rally cars.  You’ll see cars flying in mid air and lots of dirt turned up.

24 Hours of LeMons: This is a race where anyone can bring their old, junky car and race.  It’s lots of fun.  Watch the video below.

Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix: Another great car event.  The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is a road race that features tons of great vintage cars.  The race has been held for more than 25 years and attracts thousands of car enthusiasts.

If you plan on taking a road trip to visit any of these events, make sure your Toyota is in good working order.  Be sure to replace any Toyota parts to keep you car on the road longer.
